Meet Sarah Little, ad.visor inc.’s New ad.ministrative director

At ad.visor inc., we know that strong strategy depends on clear systems, thoughtful coordination, and the operational discipline.

We are pleased to welcome Sarah Little as our new ad.ministrative director for that very purpose.

Sarah brings a multidisciplinary background spanning marketing, digital media, project coordination, client communication, and independent business operations. Throughout her career, she has managed creative projects from concept through completion while coordinating schedules, communications, production, and final delivery.

As an independent artist and creative professional, Sarah has collaborated with private clients, businesses, and arts organizations on commissioned work, exhibitions, events, and public-facing projects. She has also operated her own service-based business, managing its client relationships, scheduling, administrative systems, branding, records, and daily operations.

Her previous marketing and digital media work includes developing promotional materials, managing website content, producing newsletters and social media assets, and creating photography and video content. She has also supported multimedia and instructional-design projects in higher education.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from the University of Texas at San Antonio, with a concentration in sculpture and a minor in art history. She graduated summa cum laude. She also earned an associate degree in liberal arts as an honors graduate and member of Phi Theta Kappa.

As ad.ministrative director, Sarah will help strengthen the operational infrastructure behind ad.visor’s client work. Her responsibilities include project coordination, scheduling, task and progress tracking, meeting preparation, team and vendor coordination, client follow-up, content scheduling, data management, and ongoing workflow improvement.

Her combination of operational organization and creative perspective makes her especially well suited to an agency where strategic, administrative, and creative work are closely connected.
