integrated campaigns / multichannel campaign & booking journey

From “could this be us?” to “save the date.”

Mustard Seed Hill Weddings

Choosing a wedding venue is a series of emotional and practical decisions. We rebuilt Mustard Seed Hill’s marketing around that journey: help couples picture the celebration, understand their options, meet the team, and feel ready to reserve their date.

Mustard Seed Hill Weddings / multichannel campaign & booking journey

the case study

What was
in motion.

The estate had a compelling offer, but the steps between discovery and booking needed attention. A June 2025 traffic review flagged a 78% drop-off from /events before another page visit. Weddings and other events shared a broad destination, the inquiry form felt administrative, and separate wedding packets made the offer harder to navigate. In 2026, the review also identified the order of pricing in the guide as a point of hesitation. The work developed across both years, connecting acquisition with the experience after the click.

The decisions that shaped it.

01

Give the advertising a useful promise

Build a Meta campaign around the whole wedding experience: ceremony, reception, overnight stays, setup, and support. Three initial creative angles explored Southern elegance, relief from planning logistics, and the pleasure of a full weekend together. Caption and destination tests informed the next round of decisions.

02

Carry the conversation across channels

Connect paid advertising with email nurturing and an organic social series. Content introduced intimate celebrations, explained flexible packages, and showed the people and moments behind the property. Each touchpoint invited a manageable next step: explore the guide, ask a question, or schedule a tour.

03

Give different occasions their own destinations

Break out the original /events experience into /weddings and /privateevents. The wedding journey gives couples room to imagine their day and understand the setting. The private-events journey helps hosts assess spaces, capacity, amenities, and the practical requirements of their gathering.

04

Make an inquiry feel like the start of a conversation

Redesign the contact-form flow and calls to action around tour scheduling and tailored package inquiries. The form brief organized the exchange into the celebration, contact details, and preferred next step, with optional phone contact. Website refinements also addressed mobile hierarchy, gallery navigation, and clearer access to the guide.

05

Make the booklet part of the sales experience

Bring the intimate and full wedding offerings into one Pricing & Experience Guide and integrate the redesigned booklet with HoneyBook. The sequence introduces the setting, an accessible starting package, what is included, ways to personalize the celebration, and an invitation to tour. Layout, copy, photography, and the follow-up handoff were developed together.

how the pieces connect

Follow the wedding journey.

Open each step to see its part in the experience.

01Meta ads + organic socialA first impression

“Can I picture us here?”

The campaign introduces the experience through real weddings, time with family, and the ease of celebrating in one place. The message makes the setting and its support tangible.

the next stepExplore the wedding experience.

02Dedicated website pathwaysA place to explore

“Does this fit what we have in mind?”

Wedding visitors arrive at /weddings, where the story, spaces, amenities, and accommodations support their decision. Other hosts have their own /privateevents destination with relevant planning information.

the next stepFind the right offering and a clear invitation to inquire.

03Contact form + tour invitationAn easy introduction

“What do you need from me?”

The form redesign starts with the couple’s plans and the next step they want to take. Tour scheduling and package questions become explicit choices, with a conversational tone carried through the buttons and supporting copy.

the next stepBegin a conversation with the venue team.

04HoneyBook + email nurturingRoom to consider

“What is included, and can we make it ours?”

The unified booklet presents a clear starting point, the included experience, and options to personalize it. HoneyBook connects the inquiry and guide, while nurturing content keeps useful details and the tour invitation within reach.

the next stepSee the value, gather questions, and arrange a visit.

05Tour + tailored proposal + bookingA date to look forward to

“Are we ready to make this our place?”

Victoria and the venue team carry the conversation into a tour and a package shaped around the couple’s priorities. Campaign review follows the progression through inquiry, tour, proposal, and booking so the work stays connected to the calendar.

the next stepReserve the date and begin planning the celebration.
