These terms govern your use of advisor.consulting. By using the site, you agree to them. Client services are governed by separate written agreements.
Informational tools
Site content, the advertising planner, and chatbot responses are provided for general informational and planning purposes. Estimates are scenarios based on assumptions—not forecasts, guarantees, offers, or financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Results vary by market, execution, offer, audience, timing, and other factors.
Artificial intelligence
AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before use. Do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, or highly sensitive information through the chatbot. A chatbot interaction does not create a client relationship.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site’s writing, design, branding, case studies, graphics, and original materials belong to ad.visor inc. or are used with permission. You may view and share links for ordinary business purposes, but may not reproduce, sell, republish, or commercially exploit the materials without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use automated systems in a manner that burdens or damages the service.
Third-party services
The site may link to or embed third-party services. ad.visor does not control their availability, content, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. ad.visor inc. disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from site use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them as the site changes and will revise the effective date above.
