Information you provide: your name, email address, company, role, inquiry details, chatbot messages, consent choices, and other information you choose to send.
Technical information: basic device, browser, security, and site-usage information supplied by our hosting, security, analytics, and embedded-content providers.
Embedded content: Instagram and other third-party embeds may collect information under their own privacy policies when you load or interact with them.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, provide requested site features, operate and secure the website, understand site performance, improve our services, and send the limited follow-up you expressly authorize. Chatbot responses are generated with an OpenAI API service and may be inaccurate. Please do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information through the chatbot.

Service providers

We use service providers to host, protect, operate, and support the site and its communications. These may include WP Engine, Cloudflare, Google Workspace and Google Drive, OpenAI, Meta/Instagram, and analytics or email-delivery providers enabled on the site. They process information according to their agreements and policies.

Email and consent

If you consent to follow-up, ad.visor may send a brief inquiry-related email series. You may unsubscribe through the link in an email, reply STOP, or contact us directly. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, our records, security, and legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your inquiry, or withdraw follow-up permission, by emailing madelinediane@advisor.consulting.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 18.
