launch campaigns / launched campaign

A new chapter. An open door.

The Boarding House

Some places already have a story. The job is to help people find their way into it. The Boarding House brought a historic Millersburg home back into use as part of Mustard Seed Hill’s accommodations collection and Community Ventures’ wider revitalization work.

the case study

What was
in motion.

A restored property needed an introduction that connected its history and design with the practical details of a stay. Guests needed to understand the place, picture themselves there, and find the booking link.

The decisions that shaped it.

01

Start with the place

Use the house’s history, restored rooms, and relationship to Millersburg as the foundation for the guest invitation.

02

Let the story unfold

Sequence a teaser, launch announcement, and six social story angles, moving from the building’s past into its rooms, design details, and next chapter.

03

Make the invitation useful

Bring the Airbnb listing, accommodations page, social posts, and feature-story brief into one launch plan with a consistent booking destination.

What the work included.

  • Airbnb listing and guest information
  • Teaser and launch messaging
  • Six social story angles and reel direction
  • Feature-story brief
  • Website and booking-link coordination
